Reception

Reception is attended from 7am – 9pm daily. Any enquiries are welcome by simply pressing the ‘reception’ button on the phone’s keypad.

Should you require after hours assistance please call reception on 8724 6460, and you will be redirected to our Night Manager.

 

Check Out

Guests are required to vacate their suite by 11am on the day of departure. The keys can be left in the suite, any outstanding charges on your account will be charged to the credit card provided for security on your arrival.

 

Mini bar

For your convenience mini bars are stocked with snacks and beverages. Consumed items from the mini bar will be replaced daily and charged to your account.

 

Wireless Internet

Complimentary wireless internet is available. The password for this service can be found on your key wallet. Please note that our bandwidth speed is optimised for browsing and emails only.

 

First Aid

First Aid kit items are available for guest use. The kit can be found in the cupboard on the eastern side of kitchen (right of the stove).

 

Car parking

Whilst sufficient car parking is available within the grounds, all parking is unallocated. Parking on the pavers at the rear of the property is not permitted. Please contact reception if you have any questions in regards to parking.

 

Air Conditioning & Heating

Each suite is fitted with reverse cycle air-conditioning. When turning on the unit or changing temperature please allow up to 20 minutes for it to function correctly. Ensure that symbols represent the temperature you desire eg. Sun for heat and snowflake for cooling. Keep at a moderate temperature and fan speed for best results.

 

Gas Fire

To turn on:

  1. Open door at the bottom of the fire place. Turn the dial to the desired fan speed.
  2. Press the ON/OFF button on the remote control, and wait for the flame to ignite.
  3. Once ignited, use the up and down arrows to set fire to desired temperature.

 

To turn off:

  1. Press the ON/OFF button on the remote control, and wait for the flame to turn off.
  2. Carefully open door at the bottom of the fire place. Turn the dial to the off position.

Telephone

Dial 0 for an outside line. Calling between suites is possible by dialing the suite number.

Television

Both free-to-air and Foxtel television services are available in your suite. Both services can be accessed by scrolling through channels on your TV remote control, it is not necessary to change the to source to access free-to-air channels.

 

Privacy

Do not disturb signs are located in your room; please hang these on your door for privacy. Please note, if the sign is hanging on your door between 10am and 1pm, housekeeping will not service your room.

 

Housekeeping

For guests staying multiple nights, your room will receive a daily housekeeping service. If you do not require a service please hang your do not disturb sign on the door or contact reception to advise.

 

Blankets/pillows/towels

Spare blankets and pillows are located in the wardrobe. If you need any further items please contact reception.

 

Cooking in suites

While cooking facilities are not provided, cooking and food preparation is strictly forbidden in guest suites by health authorities. Kitchen is for staff use only, we ask that all guest refrain from using cooking facilities.

 

Ice Machine

An ice machine is located inside the freezer in the kitchen. Please help yourself.

 

Tea and Coffee

Tea and coffee making facilities are available in your suite and are replenished daily by housekeeping. Fresh milk is located in your mini bar fridge. Please contact reception if you require your milk to be replenished for subsequent nights.

 

Nespresso Machine

To operate the Nespresso Machine:

  1. Fill the water tank before operation.
  2. Turn on machine by pressing either of the Coffee buttons on the top of the machine and allow to heat.
    Blinking Lights: heating up (25 seconds)
    Steady Lights: ready
  3. Lift the lever and insert supplied Nespresso capsule.
  4. Close the lever and place a cup under the coffee outlet.
  5. Press the desired coffee button to start.
    Espresso (40 ml) – Left Button
    Lungo (110 ml) – Right Button
  6. Preparation will stop automatically. To stop the coffee flow or top up your coffee, press again.
  7. Remove the cup. Lift and close the lever to eject the capsule into the used capsule container.
    Please note: Capsule container holds 5-6 empty capsules.

Bose Speaker

Connect to a mobile device via Bluetooth

  1. Tap the Bluetooth button
  2. On your device, turn on the Bluetooth feature and Select “SUITE BOSE SPEAKER” from the device list. Once connected, you will hear a tone. The light bar glows solid white then fades to black, and your speaker’s name appears in the mobile device list.
  3. Open a music app on your device, and select a track to play.
  4. Tap the speaker/airplay button on your device and select the speaker named “SUITE BOSE SPEAKER”

The speaker display shows speaker information and icons as well as the streaming service, album and artist currently playing.

Blankets/pillows/towels

Guest Laundry

A washing machine and dryer are located in the laundry and are available for guest use. Complimentary Laundry powder is also available for your convenience. Iron and ironing boards are located in the wardrobes in your suite, or in the laundry.

 

Dry cleaning

Dry cleaning and laundry services are available Monday-Thursday. Please ensure that you have your items delivered to reception by 8am for same day delivery. Charges apply.

 

Smoking

All suites are NON Smoking. Please be aware if there are traces of smoke found in your room a cleaning fee will be charged to bring the room back to its original condition.

 

Pets

Due to health regulations pets are not allowed in any area of the motel including guest suites. Only assistance animals are permitted. If we find that you have had a pet in the suite, a cleaning fee will be charged to bring the suite back to its original condition.

 

Lost and Found

Any lost property will be held for 3 months after departure. Any food or drink items left in rooms will be discarded immediately by housekeeping staff.

 

Wake up Calls

Please contact reception to set a wakeup call.

 

Luggage

Temporary luggage storage is available at reception during opening hours. Please contact reception to arrange.

 

payment methods

We accept all major credit cards – American Express, Mastercard, and Visa, Union Pay, JCB. Personal cheques will not be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made with the manager.

If you do not hold a credit card and are paying cash for your stay, it is our policy your account be kept in credit during your stay. You must pay on check in and provide a $200 cash bond which will be returned to you upon departure after a satisfactory room inspection.

 

Emergency Procedures

On your in room phone, dial 0 for an outside line, you can then dial 000 for emergency. When safe to do so, please report ALL emergencies to reception.

Refer to the property map located on the back of your door for evacuation point. Please proceed quickly and calmly to the nearest evacuation point. All guests will be accounted for at this point.
